TXOGA Hosts Energy Elevated Technology Showcase In Houston

HOUSTON – Innovation in the oil and natural gas industry was on display today at the Energy Elevated Technology Showcase in Houston, hosted by the Texas Oil & Gas Association (TXOGA) in partnership with the Texas Methane & Flaring Coalition.

“The world is cleaner, stronger and better thanks to constant innovation in the oil and natural gas industry and, today, we had a front row seat to see how the pioneers of this industry are changing lives, growing economies and improving the environment around the globe,” said Todd Staples, president of TXOGA. “Demand for affordable, reliable energy will only continue to rise and innovations coming out of Texas cement our position as the global energy epicenter for oil and natural gas production, transportation, refining, environmental progress and exporting of the natural resources the world needs.”

The Showcase took place at the Marriot Marquis Houston and featured seven presenters who described innovations in emissions reductions, remote monitoring, safety, automation, data analytics and more.

The audience heard from an expert panel that included Todd Staples, President of the Texas Oil & Gas Association, Dale Winger, Managing Director, Halliburton Labs and David Clouse, Managing Director, Energy Innovation Capital.
