Texas Oil and Natural Gas Legislative District Vital Statistics
Each Legislative Session, TXOGA releases vital statistic 1-pagers for every Texas legislative district reflecting the positive influence of oil and natural gas, including jobs and revenue generated by this industry, as well as the oil and natural gas production and royalty data. Below you’ll find these 1-pagers for every Texas House and Senate district reflecting updated FY 2020 data including that the Texas oil and natural gas industry paid $13.9 billion in state and local taxes and state royalties – that’s the equivalent of $38 million each day.
