MOLU Statewide Tour Makes Stop in San Antonio

February 14, 2020

The MOLU visit to schools in San Antonio proved to be a huge success. 5th and 6th grade students at Woodlawn Elementary School studied each station with intense focus. The librarian noted how quiet students were, saying it meant they were engaged.

Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff and CEO of the Alamo Workforce Adrian Lopez dropped in to visit with students and watch their interactions with the MOLU activities. Judge Wolff already requested the MOLU return to Bexar County.

The MOLU is providing opportunities for students across Texas to experience skills needed in the oil and gas industry, an experience to which these student may not otherwise be exposed. Next stop: schools in Nuecess and San Patricio Counties!
